Just a quick message to let you all know that my partner gave birth to our son on 4th December, 10:45am.
Misha Gray was 5lb 15oz, healthy and is showing all the signs of a strong start to life.
I'll write about my mental health side of things soon; I'm pretty sure it will be an interesting read.
